Join nutritionist, Hilary LaFoley as she teaches children and grown-ups about the importance of healthy eating. Hilary will lead children through how to build a healthy snack, allowing children to explore foods through their five senses while discussing things like where our food comes from, how it’s grown, food equity in our community, and how we can understand how the food we eat affects how we feel.
This 25-30 min add-on class is embedded inside of your 90 minute Open Play period.
All solid food eating children are welcome, but this class is geared toward children ages 2 and up.
