Join our friends from MT Mindfulness Project for “Mindful Monday’s”, a consistent meditation practice. Meditation has been scientifically proven to increase self awareness, compassion and empathy as well as reduce stress- um, yes… even in three year olds! This 25-30 minute add-on class is embedded inside of your two hour Open Play period. All ages welcome, but geared toward children 3 and up.
