Our art studio, or “Atelier” as we call it, is filled with creative and frequently changing invitations designed to focus more on the process of art making versus the finished product. Providing young children with opportunities to explore sensory materials can help build nerve connections in the brain, encourage the development of motor skills, support language development, promote ‘scientific thinking’ and problem solving, as well as nurture creative thinking in young children. Our studio is always a choice during Open Play periods.
